Experience
As a senior clinical nutritionist at NYU Langone Health, Samantha headed up the nutrition program in the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program and in the Orthopedic and Sports Performance center. She also created and ran the clinical nutrition program in the Cancer Care Center at Griffin hospital. Samantha has worked as an adjunct professor in nutrition sciences at the University of Bridgeport, guest lecturer at the Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons, taught continuing education for health professionals, and gives evidence-based, topical nutrition lectures all over the country.
Samantha's clinical expertise includes: oncology, weight management, gastrointestinal issues, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, wellbeing, and nutrition counseling and education.
