Our bodies are working 24/7 to keep us alive. Let's give them the respect and care they deserve, and help them do their job by making balanced, healthy lifestyle choices. When we make changes to manage issues like type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, weight, or high blood pressure, we feel better, energized, happier.  In harmony with these changes, our capacity for kindness, compassion, and consideration deepens. Simply by being kind to our bodies and to each other, we can change the world.
